Ineligible Transactions:
The following transactions do not count toward the minimum spend requirement:
- Cash Advances: Withdrawals via ATM or over-the-counter.
- Balance Transfers, Ready Cash, or ChargeLight: Transactions converted to these types of credits.
- Recurring Payments and utility bills: Payments made through Bills Assist.
- Bank Fees and Charges: Any administrative or processing fees.
- Disputed Transactions: Transactions under dispute.
- Gaming and Betting: Transactions related to gambling, gaming activities, or any games of chance for money or stakes.
- Wholesale and Distribution: Purchases made from merchants primarily engaged in wholesale or multi-level marketing.
- Quasi-Cash Transactions: Transactions that are considered as quasi-cash (e.g., purchasing gift cards, money orders)."
